Terms and Conditions

We try to be as flexible as possible, however there are some conditions you will have to abide during your visit. 

Both Sessions

 - Your session includes time taken entering and exiting the pool. You and your dog must exit the pool swiftly at the end of your session to allow for access to the pool for the next session. It is advisable to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session.

- No smoking or vaping on site.

- If you need to cancel your session, this must be 24 hours before your appointment. If this isn't achieved, you will not receive a refund.

- We cannot be held responsible for the loss or injury of any person, vehicle or animal whilst on site. 

- Age limit is 16+.

Dog Swimming

- Owners are in full responsibility of their dogs.

- When booking, you are confirming that your dog is fit, healthy and has vet approval to undertake the activity. If your dog is seen with a visible injury, open wound or bleeding, you will not be able to swim.

- Dogs must be clean, tidy and vaccinated upon arrival. 

- All dogs must stay on their leads until they arrive to the swimming pool section of the garden. 

- All dogs' nails should be trimmed short prior to arrival. This is to ensure they will not puncture the pool lining.

- Dogs must be toileted prior to arrival. If your dogs foul in the pool or on site, there will be a non-negational charge of £50.

- You must inform us beforehand if your dogs have a history of biting humans/ antisocial behaviour towards other dogs. 

- If your dog has been unwell within the last 48 hours, you must cancel or rebook your session. 

- Dogs must not be pushed, thrown or shoved into the pool. Anybody seen doing this will be asked to leave.

Human Swimming

- If you have been unwell within 48 hours, you must cancel or rebook your session. 

- If you have an allergy to dogs, unfortunately we will not recommend that you book. This is simply due to the fact that the pool is shared with dog swimming sessions. Despite being cleaned, there is no guarantee that you will not come into contact with dog hair.

- You will swim at your own risk, we are not liable for any injury or death. 

- The building is also a dog boarding home. Despite this, the dogs boarding stay inside the building. Do not enter the building, should you need to for any reason, ask a member of staff and they will help you.
